Snow is falling and it's time to open up the crafting table. Let's make glitter painted snowflakes.
Supplies needed:
- Printer paper, cut into snowflakes
- Blue washable paint + glitter + touch of glue
- Clothespin
- Cotton ball
- Bowl
- Kraft paper roll + blue tape
- Marker
The hardest part about this craft is making the actual snowflakes.
I watched so many videos, read so many blogs, and messed up so many pieces of paper before I finally got it. Basically you want to fold the snowflake into a triangle and cut with the pattern.
Mix paint with glitter and a touch of glue.
The first toddler revealed a problem - the snowflake was lifting up - so from here on out, we started taping the snowflakes (rolled over tape) to the crafting table.
The best times are always at the crafting table. 🎨
Label and let them dry.
