How lucky could one girl be.
I love my Cricut, and hot glue loves me.
Here is the SVG cutting template I created for Cricut. Specifically, for cutting felt. I love the big leaf/stem look, but if you want short-stemmed for wreath making, size down the green leaf in Cricut Design Space.

I still haven’t mastered the art of cutting felt with my Cricut. I blow through cutting mats. Maybe I should tape down? I’ll try next time, but for now check out these beauties. Felt, hot glue, floral wire, and it’s tulip time in my bedroom. 🌷
Cut fringe cuts on yellow stamen pieces.
Dab with hot glue and wrap around floral wire. A little bit of glue goes a long way. Or as they say – just a dot, not a lot.
Using a dab of hot glue, pinch petals on at the bottom, working in opposites.
Once you have all 4 petals on, glue the sides together. This can be a bit tricky, but I have found that if you glue on the inside, it is slightly less messy.
Layer on top, filling in empty sides with more petals, following the same process pinching at the bottom, and glueing on the sides.
Technically there are 8 petals for each tulip, but I have tried with 6 and even 4 petals, and it works just fine.
Wrap remaining floral wire with green leaf to make stem.
As Ina would say, “how easy is that?” I love how pretty these came out. I feel like I am sitting under a windmill in Holland eating a Stroopwafel.
Call me the tulip queen because with this template, tulips are on the menu.
Here I used a few shades of pink, red, and green to complete the look. Use the green leaf/stem as a guide for the length of your tulips. You want them to be all the same, if not very similar heights.
Gift to friends, decorate, or simply just sit and admire these handmade beauties.
