Chicken Cacciatore
One of my favorite uses for chicken thighs. Dredge in some seasoned flour and crisp up on both sides. Sautee with some onions and peppers and deglaze with wine. Then comes my favorite part where you set it and forget with some tomatoes and rosemary.
Aquarium
Take a rubbermaid and add some water, food coloring, and glitter – toss in some shells and sea animals and you have yourself a toddler aquarium.
